BOOKING FORM FOR CHURCH SERVICE AT BROADFIELD ON SUNDAY 18th JULY 2021

Thank you for booking to join us in Sunday worship! We are delighted that we can, at last, assemble in person to share God’s word and to give praise.

The safety of our Fellowship and Worship Service remains an overriding priority for Warriors of Praise.

Our Code of Conduct sets out the behaviours everyone should follow on the premises to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and protect fellow worshippers. This Code of Conduct cannot cover all eventualities, so you should use your common sense, and be responsible for your own actions. 

Please comply strictly with the Code of Conduct and keep us all safe

• Follow UK Government social distancing rules whilst inside & outside the building
• Wash / sanitise your hands-on arrival and departure
• Complete our COVID questionnaire BEFORE arrival
• Avoid physical contact and do not shake hands.
• Remain in your allocated seat whilst in the building
• Keep children closely with you in your household group
• Do not allow children to run or wander around the space.
• Do not share personal possessions or Bibles outside of your household group
• Wear a mask to cover the nose and mouth when inside the building
• Reduce transmission by using good hygiene practices when sneezing or coughing
• Singing is not allowed (apart from the choir)
• Spoken responses during worship should not be in a raised voice
• Food and drink must not be shared to persons outside the household group
• The use of toilet facilities is discouraged
• Tell a member the Leadership Team if you become unwell during the service or in the days following your attendance.
